Delivery: province, district, street address
Order: items, amount, order note, payment method (card details are not held by the Seller; the payment institution processes them)

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed for the conclusion and performance of the contract (Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data — KVKK — art. 5/2-c), to meet legal obligations such as invoicing and record keeping (art. 5/2-ç), and to establish, exercise or protect a right (art. 5/2-e).

Transfers

Data is transferred only to the extent needed to fulfil the order: to the courier, the payment institution, the e-invoice service provider and, where the law requires, the competent authorities.

Retention

Order records are kept for the retention periods set by commercial and tax law; at the end of the period they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
