Goods and price
The name, quantity and (where relevant) option of the pieces ordered, and the total price including VAT, are shown in the basket and on the checkout page. Delivery is free.

Delivery
Your order is delivered no later than 30 days after you place it. Courier: Yurtiçi Kargo; delivery is free: the Seller pays the delivery charge.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery.
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs (pieces made to order in a custom size or colour) (Regulation on Distance Contracts, art. 15/1-ç). This is stated on the product page and at checkout before you order.
Complaints and redress
You can send complaints and requests to evoraconceptt@gmail.com. In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
