Draft — to be completed with the seller's details before launch
Delivery
Every piece is made by hand. Pieces in stock are ready to send; made-to-order pieces are sent once they have been made.
This English version is a courtesy translation. The Turkish text is the binding one.
Preparation time
Pieces in stock are prepared and handed to the courier once your order is confirmed. For made-to-order pieces, we tell you the lead time before you order. Either way, your order is delivered no later than 30 days after you place it.
Courier and charge
Courier: Yurtiçi Kargo. Delivery is free: the Seller pays the delivery charge. We deliver within Türkiye only.
When it arrives
Open and check the parcel while the courier is still with you. If it is damaged, do not accept it; ask the courier to write up a damage report and let us know.
