Returns and exchanges
If your piece was sent from stock, you have 14 days to change your mind.

Right of withdrawal
Within 14 days of delivery you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. All you need to do is tell us in writing or by email within that period.
Address for notices: evoraconceptt@gmail.com or Acıbadem Mah. Şehit Fethi Sk. Taksim Apt. No: 28/24, Üsküdar / İstanbul.
Made-to-order pieces
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs (pieces made to order in a custom size or colour) (Regulation on Distance Contracts, art. 15/1-ç). This is stated on the product page and at checkout before you order.
Return process
You send the piece back, unused, within 10 days of telling us you are withdrawing. Returns go by Yurtiçi Kargo; the Seller pays the delivery charge for returns sent with this courier. We refund the price, to the payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving your notice.
Defective goods
If a piece arrives faulty or different from what you ordered, you may choose a free exchange, repair, refund or price reduction (Law no. 6502 on Consumer Protection, art. 11).
