Distance selling contract

1. Parties

Buyer: the person whose name, address and contact details appear in the order.

2. Subject

The rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the goods the Buyer orders electronically through evoraconcept.com, whose characteristics and sale price are set out in the order summary.

3. Price and payment

The price of the goods includes VAT; delivery is free: the Seller pays the delivery charge. Payment is made by the method the Buyer chooses.

4. Delivery

The goods are delivered to the address given by the Buyer within 30 days of the order at the latest. For made-to-order pieces the preparation time is stated before the order. If the Seller cannot deliver within this period, the Buyer may terminate the contract; the amount paid is refunded within 14 days.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. The Buyer returns the goods within 10 days of the withdrawal notice; the Seller refunds the price within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs (pieces made to order in a custom size or colour) (Regulation on Distance Contracts, art. 15/1-ç). This is stated on the product page and at checkout before you order.

6. Defective goods

Where goods are defective, the Buyer may choose among the remedies set out in article 11 of Law no. 6502.

7. Disputes

In disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
